If you are interested in downloading the journal, I've compiled a PDF to allow you to do so.  It is designed to be printed double sided to cut down on the amount of pages you will need.  The current version is a bit of a beta release as I'm still learning how to do book layouts in LaTeX.  Please let me know if you have any suggestions about the formating or spot any typos.

I'm taking the admittance policy of most of the London Museums with this file:  the entrance is free, but if you'd like to make a £2 (or whatever amount) donation, it would be most welcome.  The file is released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives license, meaning that you can share it and make copies, but you can't make money off it or modify it.
